Dr. Juan Cabanillas, a highly trained Prosthodontist, practices a full scope of Cosmetic, Implant Reconstructive, All-on-4, Smile Makeover, and Laser Dentistry. With 25 years experience, Dr. Cabanillas never stops pursuing perfection. After graduating from the prestigious New York University with a degree of Doctor in Dental Surgery, he completed a GPR advanced program at Mount Sinai Medical Center where he received extensive training in Oral Surgery, Periodontal Therapy, and Reconstructive Dentistry. He then completed an advanced Prosthodontics program from Harvard University /VA Hospital where he received the first honorary mention in the 22 years existence of this combined program. He was also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida for 8 years.
Dr. Cabanillas looks forward to taking on difficult and complex cases and challenging himself in the pursuit of perfection. His drive in the field of dentistry is the ability to change people’s lives. Over many successful years he has helped his patients restore their smiles, reduce oral pain, and improve their self-esteem, not to mention save the lives of several patients by early diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer.
Dr. Cabanillas is an active member of the American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontics and the Academy of Osseointegration. When he is not perfecting smiles, he likes to read, scuba dive, play sports, and spend time with his wife and children.
